We only provide a platform that connects customers with service providers. We do not directly provide cleaning or related services. Any contract for services is formed directly between the user and the service provider.
Service providers are responsible for delivering the services requested by users. We do not guarantee the behavior, performance, or quality of services provided by third-party service providers.
If a service provider causes damage to your property during their service, responsibility for such damage rests with the service provider and not with our platform.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, including your username and password. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe these terms have been violated.
Pricing and Payments
When requesting services, you may be asked to provide valid payment details. Payments may include:

Payment is typically processed after the service has been completed. In some cases, authorization checks or temporary holds may be placed on your payment method prior to the service.

Failure to provide access or necessary facilities may result in the booking being treated as a late cancellation and charges may apply.
Booking and Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled, amended, or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service may be charged the full booking amount.
Service Providers
Users agree to treat service providers respectfully and comply with applicable laws. All bookings must be made through the platform and users must not directly hire service providers outside the platform for services originally arranged through it.
Complaints and Issue Resolution
If you experience any issues with a service provider, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to mediate and help resolve disputes where possible.
Insurance
Service providers are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage where applicable. Claims for damages must typically be reported within 48 hours of the service along with relevant evidence.
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform if a user breaches these terms or misuses the service.
